Jack and Karen started drag racing in 2002. We both raced our street bikes in the All
Harley Drag Racing Association's (http://www.ahdra.com)
ET class in 3 of their western division races. We also raced in the National Motorcycle
Racing Association (http://www.nmraonline.com)
and a local bracket series at Carlsbad Raceway
(http://carlsbadrags.tripod.com/) in nearby Carlsbad, CA.

At the end of the 2002 racing season we decided to step it up a notch and we started looking
for a faster bike that would be competitive in one of the AHDRA sportsman classes. We were
very fortunate to find an awesome bike that had been the #1 plate holder in the Canadian
Motorcycle Drag Race Assication's (http://www.cmdra.com)
Super Gas class for the previous 3 years in a row.

In 2003, Karen piloted our new Sporty to an
AHDRA National Championship in the Super Sport class. In doing so, she became the first woman
to earn a National Championship in the history of the AHDRA. Karen also finished 8th in the NMRA
Pro ET class. Not bad since we attended only 3 of their races. For the 2004 season, Karen is
again piloting our Sporty in the AHDRA Super Sport class as well as select NMRA and Outlaw Bracket
races.

In 2003 Jack ranked 9th in the AHDRA ET National standings and 5th in the Western Division.
In the NMRA, Jack finished 3rd in the Street ET class and 3rd in the Hot Rod Cruiser class.

For the 2004 season, we are going to step up in class again. This time we're building a
Pro-Gas bike for Jack with the help of Shannon and Randy at Motorcycle Dynamics Racing. After we
get our feet wet, we hope to be running low 8 second ETs at around 160mph. We're hoping that
is going to be competitive in the Pro Gas class.
